So I was trying to figure out why life was so difficult yesterday and I realized one of the reasons is that with all the numbers I am working with the computer and phone hate each other! The phone lays out its numbers 1 2 3 on the top (see below) and the computer lays it out 1 2 3 on the bottom (see left). Personally I think this is like when you move things just slightly in someone's room... just enough to make them go crazy!

ohhhhh yes. i realized that awhile ago and it was like a light bulb had exploded! i don't know who engineered these things, but it's just plain mean.
It's just mean. How do you survive it??
there's a lot of swearing involved.
the best is that i need to dial a ten digit number to call out from my work phone. so when i make it all the way through that and then the actual number i need to call and then screw up the last number AAAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHH. the cruelty of it all.
It appears to be working.
I had a good day yesterday. Maybe it is a day by day kinda deal. Is there a support group?
